Dear Club Presidents and District Leaders,

Please be informed that a District Interact Training Workshop organized by our District Interact Committee will be held on 15 October 2011 (Saturday) from 2 pm to 5 pm at Hotung Secondary School 1 KA NING PATH CAUSEWAY BAY.

The objectives of the District Interact Training Workshop are to provide training and updated RI and District Interact policies and information for:

1. Sponsoring Rotary club’s Interact Committee members;

2. Interact clubs’ Teacher Advisers;

3. Interact clubs’ Presidents and officers.

Another purpose of the Workshop is to introduce the organization and works of the Joint Interact Council, the activities of the Interactors and the new development of the Interact. Taking this opportunity, the 3 categories as above-mentioned can get to know one another and establish a network for future communication and cooperation.

I am in need of your kind assistance and cooperation to enroll and register participants to the Workshop with me by completing the attached Registration form and send it back to me by email on or before 13 October 2011(Thursday).
