Introduction: Rotary E-Club of District 3450 is an E-Club chartered under the special provisions of the Rotary International Cyber Club Pilot Project. All club business, meetings, voting, etc are generally conducted through electronic communications. Instead of holding regular club meetings on a fixed day and at a fixed time, this E-Club members and visitors attend meetings by signing onto the E-Club website. The structure of meetings follows a regular Rotary club format as closely as possible with the contents changing constantly.
