Article IV - Meetings
Section 1 - Annual Meeting. An annual meeting of this club shall be held in the first two weeks of December in each year, at which time the election of officers and directors to serve for the ensuing year shall take place. The annual meeting may be conducted through electronic communication or by mean of a physical meeting.
Section 2 -Regular Meetings and other activities. The club shall initiate and conduct through electronic communication regular meetings, participation and discussion activities.
Section 3 - Participation and activities. Each member is required to complete 12 "participation hours" per quarter in community service projects, online club programs, visits to other Rotary clubs, and other approved Rotary-related activities. The board shall set a schedule of these activities, provided that at least twenty-four different activities are conducted in each calendar year.
Section 4 - Board Meetings. Regular meeting of the board shall be conducted either electronically or in person during the first calendar week of each month. Special meetings of the board shall be called by the president, when necessary, or upon the request of at least three members of the board with due notice having been given. A majority of the board members shall constitute a quorum of the board meeting.
