The governing body of this club shall be the Board of Directors consisting of 10 members of this E-Club, namely, 4 directors elected in accordance with article I, section 1, of these Bylaws, the President, the President-elect, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the immediate Past President, and the Internet Service Officer.
